Seeking Recommendation Books on healing magic?

Hi, I’ve got a bunch of autoimmune disorders and it only occurred to me yesterday that some kind of magical practice could help. Of course I’m familiar with reiki and the more widely-available forms of energy work, but I’d love any suggestions on practices or resources (eg books, knowledgeable people) that you can recommend! Thank you!

I use astrology to ease my anxiety about day to day expectations, Chakra work for persistent issues that I can't resolve via mindfulness exercises, and tarot or scrying for larger issues that don't seem to have an end or solution. The Meetup app has directed me to groups with the best suggestions for books more than anywhere else. You have to be careful with book suggestions because so many are just cash grabs, so it's better to get professional advice from people who aren't anonymous and don't have a vested interest in your purchase.
