So this is how i personally develop clairaudience and you can try it out and see if it works for you
Before sleeping every night lay flat on your bed and close your eyes and try to listen to everything at once while you try and start sleeping.
After a while you'll be able to start hearing vague sounds note the sounds down and meditate on them and with tome it will go stronger. Don't overdo it and be wise and practice discernment and don't label everything you hear as Clairaudience.
If you have any questions feel free to ask

It's hard for me to maintain that brain state, to keep hearing voices. But i'm not even sure if they're from my subconcious or not. Heard a few voices that were so crisp and clear and alone, i know those weren't mine.

So i guess discernment comes from experience. Any tips to maintain the atention on them without them to disappear? Every time i point my atention to them, they go away instantly.

I'm really curious if u have anything else to add

I would advise you to continue practicing and you can do a small meditation before going to bed so you can focus better. i like to think of it as a muscle the more you practice the better you get. Hope this is helpful

I was taught that, in order to develop the #ThirdEar, it’s very important not to judge or pass judgment on other people. I still haven’t managed to stop judging anyone, and I haven’t developed the ability to hear voices yet (except when my telephone is ringing).

It's not really helpful when you're living in a noisy environment :(

I heard that if your clairaudience is developing/awakening youll also get frequent and random ringing in your ears throughout the day (though if this happens its probably good to get checked too)

i find approaching it in your own way will yield better results. The only limits you have are in your mind
