I'll admit, I'm tired of seeing christian hate, I understand why it happens. Many valid reasons to dislike modern christian both protestant and catholic. But I feel like I just groan whenever I see an atheist online making quips about Christianity, its just a tired subject. that is all to say I'm not here to shit on Christians and this isn't a "tell me about why you dis-like abrahamic religion" thread.
in main-stream online spirituality/mysticism/occult spaces(for me my two big examples is Instagram and 4chan's /x/ board, I can't really speak for Twitter or Facebook) there is a pattern of someone talking about any sort of esoteric topic, and getting flooded with "Christ is king" and "you just need Jesus bro" reply's. And often time this is at-least semi-successful in derailing conversations, either by flooding out other voices or more often just making successful engagement bait.
now my theory about why this is so prevalent is that its a deliberate effort to obfuscate esoteric knowledge, I'm not necessarily saying its the U.S. Govt. It could be an effort by the church for all I know(I believe that the catholic church is still clinging on to some degree of polotical power and it may be more than we know). If I were to guess why this is the case i'd say its because esoteric Ideas genrally advocate for more freethinking and autonomy than organized relgion. In my opion there is a large portion of the population who will always be zelots. Just something genetic they need a leader and a greater purpous, and for along time they we're able to fill that with Consumerism or in some cases pop "science." but now that these things are being called into questions by many of these zelotus types returned to organized relgion particuarly Christanity.
There's a similar conspiracy that I need to do more research on, Which is how it seems like in recent years there has been an ever growing push for more people to convert to christianity. Which Based purely on aneicdote appears true to me. Overall tell me what you guys think about these ideas.

Nah. I just see isolated cranks running amuck whenever they spot an opportunity to indulge in their own self-importance. I do a lot of research on spirituality and the martial arts, and you wouldn't believe how many outlandish discussions are raging on this topic. Christians arguing for the godliness of martial arts using a spate of Bible quotes. Christians vilifying martial arts using a spate of other Bible quotes. Christian karate schools where bowing before partners/opponents is prohibited (only shake their sweaty hands, I suppose) because you should only bow before God, Christian karate schools that don't see a problem with it. Christians targeting Eastern martial arts especially because they might lead to, horror of horrors, meditation, and as everybody knows, once you empty your mind, it'll be immediately occupied by demons. Catholic Zen roshis (a Jesuit specialty), the late former heavyweight boxing Champion George Foreman as an ordained minister, etc., etc.

The big churches including the Catholics are unable to mobilise their barely motivated flocks, the small ones may have the fanatics but not the numbers. What you describe are chumps with low self-esteem randomly attacking targets of opportunity, in my opinion. Headless chickens, the lot of them.
