I don't have a lot of experience with crystals. I'm trying to apply for a job at a Metaphysical bookstore. I want to show what I am talking about. They ask this on the application.

What are my top 3 crystals for love?

I put Rose Quartz, Moonstone and Citrine.

What are my top 3 crystals for protection?

I put Black Tourmaline, Amethyst, Labradorite.

Do actually correspond to the energy they give off? I used google.

What are my top 3 crystals and what do I use them for?

I may just be honest and say that I don't have a lot of experience with crystals, a lot of my workings involve mind but I am hoping to incorporate more material objects in my path.

you know that my be the wisest idea put up so far: get a boost of crystal energy. tell them you have noticed crystals help you with grounding BECAUSE you are very mental. that you have noticed it being beneficial to your health. ive been to a crystal store that has huge stones and a lot, its a lot of energy to take in.

also in the answers it might be an idea to describe the energy you feel and the effect they have in you daily life experience. it shows experience and knowledge. dont talk about your 'disease' but about your learning spiritual path true life and how crystals help with that.

even if you only get an invite into the building with all the rocks you at least had a dive in the energy and can back that experience up to remember how it feels.

I was honest, they asked my zodiac sign on the application and I put "Libra, but there is a lot more to an astrology horoscope than a Sun sign."

They asked if I was familiar with the Chakras and how I would help people with finding the right crystal that corresponds to the Chakra they want to open and I said

"I'm familiar with kundalini and other tantric practices. I'm going to be honest, I don't have a lot of experiences with crystals, but I'm going to download a book on them after I fill out this application and learn. I'm going to see if there's any correspondences in Crowley's 777 to the Chakras and minerals and brush up on that."

The application showed that I have a basic comprehension and I'm willing to learn.

It was honestly the weirdest application I've ever filled out.

when you go to the interview try to give what you would call short answers. others would call it sticking to the subject. i have the same problem when im enthusiastic.

They ask for your top three crystals for love, etc? Strikes me as an odd question. Most of us find some one implement and stick with it. I mean, if, say, Moonstone wins me a maiden, why would I go two-timing with other crystals?
If the question's point is what crystals might I reccommend, based on my reading, knowledge, and (yes) experience OK I can maybe think of three. But I doubt a lot of people can give personal endorsements of three of everything the shop sells.

Honestly, reading about crystals, I would go with Pink Quartz for self-love, or even love. Something associated with venus instead of the moon.
