Wht would you suggest in situation like my friend's friend got hexed or something... Like a girl and her mother have probably fed him something tampered with sorcery or something like some kinda powder or something... Now he agonizes every single day because he rejected that girl... That bloke says he feels something churning around in his stomach like and his whole body is in absolute agony He writhes around in proper torment... And my mate has witnessed this shit for real like with his own eyes He saw him lose the plot like that He’s just an average bloke by the way but when all this kicks off people can’t even hold him down or stop him His family have to lock him away... Could it be a work of medicine man or a cunning man???

If you have the knowledge and experience to deal with such matters yourself, then proceed accordingly. If not, seek out someone who genuinely does.

Who is this "we" you speak of? There are a wide variety of practicioners here and not everyone prescribes to the idea of possession. Not to mention OP's post lacks any amount of detail that would enable anyone to even make such a diagnosis.

I was referring to the practitioners within my own regional tradition and lineage, where this approach is standard practice.
Regarding the diagnosis, my assessment comes from 15 years of active practice and training under elder masters. In our tradition, a sudden onset of extreme, violent behaviour directly following a specific trigger—like the powder described—is a textbook hallmark of possession.

They probably fed him - you are not even sure what happened or even if anything like that happened at all.

This is definitely a case for a doctor. The description is very vague. Could be stomach or gastronitestinal issue, which might actually be even life-threatening, if serious and not treated. Though my blind guess is food allergy, or eating something that he shouldn't be eating at all.

I do not think that this is hex of any kind.

I'm heads down in a project right now and forgot there are new people here, and I wrote the following reply off the cuff:

Typically in Brujeria or Hoodoo an Uncrossing working (or "spell" in English) - and then a Cut and Clear working would be called for here. Ingested trabajos typically only last until it is "passed through."

We sorcerers are mean mutherfuckers who are always drumming up business. But unless they called a very hostile manifestation of a spirit like Anima Sola or Andras he is in no real trouble, and I would usually ignore what the magician says, unless they are a very trusted person you know. Even then people sure do LOVE love the drama.

IF the sorcerer did call up a hostile spirit you can also just pay the spirit off.

Like, " Oh, so that cheap bastard offered you 3 candles and some moldy old bananas? That's how much he thinks of you. Well, how about you let my friend go , and I give you 10 candles over 5 weeks along with singing your praises, and at the end of it all you get hamburger. "

Many spirits love hamburgers. Burnt offerings are like catnip. Make it , buy it, does not matter. If you do it right you can send them back to the sender and get in a real sorcerers war Good times! In Haiti they teach the person who gives them more attention and bribes usually wins.

I forget to add : Try to bribe them and butter them up UNLESS the are sent by are sorcerer who has them as deeply paced ally (close personal buddy) a murderous spirit say Andras or Guland. Those are more rare but happen. Most do not bother becasue the felt-spirtual ambient influence of death spirits is, well deathy and a bit grim, and most do not like that feeling, even if mild.

But the if you meet some who has spent the time and attention, often years, cultivating and iteracting with a deadly spirt , do not tussle with them . Go apologize if you are in the wrong. But most people , unless they are in extremely hostile personal circumstance, working in a corporation, surviving in Haiti, or are a service magician working for organized crime, the vast majority of sorcerer do not bother, and mostly forming realtionships with pretty nice "teaching" spirits.
