I'm still relatively new to divination, and I have to admit that I still struggle with reading Tarot confidently.
I recently came across the idea that Polyphanes recommends performing divination before consecrating or beginning an operation. That made me curious about how others approach this in practice.
What system do you use to determine whether to proceed with an operation or not? Geomancy, horary astrology, Tarot, something else?
More importantly, how do you interpret a clear "no"? Do you see it as a firm prohibition, a warning to postpone the operation, or simply an indication that something should be adjusted?
Have you ever gone ahead with a ritual despite an unfavorable divinatory result? If so, what happened?
Since I'm still learning Tarot, I'd also appreciate any advice on developing enough confidence to use divination as a practical decision-making tool rather than just as a symbolic exercise.
I'd love to hear how more experienced practitioners approach this.
