Do you believe in karma?

Karma affects normal people if you do certain types of magic you are void of karma. Look at the millions in history that lived great life's but were horrible people, look at the nicest people in the world who get nothing. Karma is like believing in Jesus it's not gonna do anything outside your personal beliefs of it.

My humble view is that every action you do alters your internal coherence, alters external relational links towards other consciousness around you , alters probability distribution of future outcomes...
The question is, does actions and consequences of those actions sediment, accrue and persist trough death and rebirth?
I guess even more interesting question would be, does rebirth exits

I believe in consequences (especially in the domain of magick). But I also do believe that the "karma returns to you" adage is wrong.

I do, but not in the mainstream way. In my view, Karma weighs on our reincarnation, not in this life. Too many injustices rewarded have convinced me of this.

I wouldn't say I am a huge believer in karma, at least not popular ideas about it. I've definitely experienced things some people would say are karmic, but I think I prefer not to worry about it at the end of the day.

I believe in karma, although I view it more as a teaching and learning tool, to show us our own reflection. I don't see it as a punishment, per se.

I don't believe in karma personally since time and time again, you see people around you who did terrible things but got away with those crimes. That why I don't believe in the "Three-Fold Rule" that Wicca believes in because I never seen it happen to anyone that should have gotten that according to Wicca.

I think the right question on this topic would be: have you been convinced of the existence of karma, rather than whether you believe in karma? Karma without samsara, moksha, and reincarnation makes no sense. However, all four things make no sense outside the Indian and Buddhist cultural context. And this is not just a matter of culture, but also of magical forces that shape that very culture. If you are born, for example, in Tibet, India, or are originally from that part of the world, then these things affect you. However, if you are from the eastern part of Serbia, from Wallachia or Transylvania, then it somehow seems natural that you occasionally suck other people’s energy. That is the "cultural context".

We could tease out cause/effect for anything, be it moral or otherwise, if we knew the interactions between all 'parties', but we can never know as far as I'm concerned.

Genetics, subconscious drives, chemical imbalance, or something more subtle or invigorated by spirit?

Who knows?

Personally, I've always viewed karma as just cause and effect.
