... never heard of it... but, I can still try to help you, if you can provide more detail.

Where and when did you learn about it?
What will you do with it once it's found?
Is this "key" a book, a ritual, a concept, something else?

If this is an actual book and not some stupid forced meme, you should have made this post in Book Requests.
I don't think it is an actual critical, historical, known Satanic text.
I have an extensive library and sources for research which include known and unknown libraries and collections worldwide. This text has never come up anywhere nor from any connections I have. Methinks it is made AND made up by the source material from the video creators.

Rasobel = Lesobar
It is a play on Lucifer, which is hinted within the video itself, referring to Black Masses and Liturgics. A common play on the Lord's Prayer in reverse, etc. In any case, I was not able to find the text in question short of spending $10 which I really have no desire to. I have enough Satanic literature which I only utilize to cross reference with anyways.

iNormal,
I suggest the works of Peter H. Gilmore, Nate Leved, Michael Aquino, Nagasiva Yronwode, Patrick Gaffiero and Michael W. Ford (though he is a Luciferian). A lot of Youtube content is questionable when made into videos using graphics content for footage with a voice over.

It's not a real book. The description is vague, and the only actual details are stock examples of 'forbidden texts'. Plus the artificial voice over. It stinks of some sort of AI hallucination.

There goes another half-minute of my life I wasted on checking out this video... it's about a civilian's idea of how magic works - you open a 'forbidden' book (which authority forbids occult book these days, I wonder), perform some 'strange ritual', and hey presto!, legions of cheap horror flic demons will appear, you'll go mad in an instant and your immortal soul is forfeit forever ( bummer); doubtless the Necronomicon and it's author,

(and if you play this song backwards, prepare for another demonic incusion!) will get mentioned at some point as well. The only books that should be 'forbidden' are the ones with "The Secret of...", "The Hidden Power of...', "The Majique of..." and so on in the their title.
