So this is my main routine right now:

Meditation
The GD basic three (LBRP, LIRH [operant field], Middle Pillar)
Offerings (Real Sorcery script) and some prayer

Once a week, a deeper purification practice of pranic healing.

Preparations for conjuring archangels when I have all the tools at hand. Mostly DSIC Seven Spheres and Fr. A C inspired work, taking a few hints from Leitch's book on grimoires too. Making the Angelic Book is the phase where I'm now, writing the prayers, conjurations and stuff, so Phase I, let's put it that way.

I was reading LTC Kabbalah, Magic & the Great Work of Transformation, where the author said you should practice GD material exclusively and not perform anything else. How bad would that be? If I want to work with the book from cover to cover, should I focus only on the book and forget any Trithemius/Barrett angel conjuration then, as well as any other practice I'm doing? Thanks

"You should work with x system exclusively" is said by everyone promoting their system. The reason being that, presumably, other parts may affect the system in unpredictable ways. It is also super fucking boring though. It's like saying: "Your task for now is building full body strength. You will be only doing squats 3x a week for the next 6 months. You will not play any sports or do stretching or cardio until you have completed this."

I'm not a fan of this approach. My ADHD gets in the way with this and I end up not practicing anything. Currently I'm doing the operant field stuff + MP and some GoM rituals. I feel drained and exhausted and I suppose it might have something to do with either it simply being a result of the GoM rituals or ramping up too quickly with the Operant Field. Either way, I plan on finishing the operation and then adjusting accordingly to see what changes.

I think the most important thing is auto-regulation here. Imo it is better to know when and where to adjust your practice than to blindly follow a system that someone laid out for you. If you were doing squats 3x a week and after 3 weeks found out that your can't keep up with regeneration it would also be better to reduce the load or take an extra rest day, rather than pushing through because your trainer told you to.

What's your experience with daily operant field practice? Weird occurrences, fatigue?
