I think you're best reading Dancing With Dragons by DJ Conway (She's still on my shit list), since that's where the Dragon Pentacle derives from.
It's literally just a pentacle with a dragon hanging from it, so nothing too special. I'll see if I can provide a picture when I get home.

There are a lot of examples of people's interpretations if you google 'dragon pentacle'. Some lovely pieces, but it's clear that there is no one 'right' form for one.

Can't find your copy? Google the term. There is a lot of dragon pentacle jewelry for sale and pictured. Just draw a pentacle and twine a dragon in and around in whichever manner strikes your fancy.
