#### 1. 淨心神咒 (Jìng Xīn Shén Zhòu)
Incantation for Purifying the Heart/Mind
Hanzi:
太上臺星，應變無停。驅邪縛魅，保命護身。
智慧明淨，心神安寧。三魂永久，魄無喪傾。急急如律令。

The Vermilion Mouth Spirit, expels filth and clears the atmosphere.
The Tongue Spirit rectifies order, connecting destiny and nourishing the spirit.
The myriad Teeth Spirits, repel evil and guard the truth.
The Throat Spirit, brave as a tiger, the Qi Spirit draws forth the vital fluids.
The Heart Spirit, the Cinnabar Origin, enables me to connect with the True.
Contemplating the spirits and refining the fluids, the Dao Qi eternally remains.

Gods of the Soil and Grain on left and right, do not be falsely alarmed.
Turn toward the Righteous Dao, clarifying both within and without.
Each direction in its peaceful place, guarding and defending the altar (or home).
The Highest One has given the order, to search out and capture evil spirits.
Dharma-protecting Divine Kings, safeguard the recitation of scriptures.
Taking refuge in the Great Dao, may there be supreme success, harmony, benefit, and perseverance.

Recite it once, and disease is repelled, life is prolonged.
Patrolling the Five Sacred Mountains, known throughout the Eight Seas.
Demon kings bind their own hands, standing guard at my pavilion.
Ominous filth dissipates, the Dao Qi eternally remains.

My body is filled with golden light, covering and reflecting upon myself.
Looked at, it cannot be seen; listened to, it cannot be heard.
Encompassing Heaven and Earth, nourishing all living beings.
Receiving and upholding it ten thousand times, the body possesses radiant light.
The Three Realms stand guard, the Five Emperors attend and welcome.
Ten thousand spirits pay homage, commanding the thunder and lightning.
Ghosts and demons lose their courage, monsters and spirits lose their form.
Within is the thunderclap, the Thunder God conceals his name.
Penetrating wisdom intersects thoroughly, the Five Qis rise and surge.
Golden light, swiftly manifest, cover and protect the True Person.

Incense burns in the jade censer, the heart is mindful before the Heavenly Emperor.

Commanding your servant to report, reaching directly to the Nine Heavens.

昭昭其有，冥冥其無。
沉屙能自愈，塵勞溺可扶。幽冥將有賴。由是升仙都。

Cloud seal script in the Great Void, at the beginning of the vast kalpa.
Now distant, now near, sometimes sinking, sometimes floating.
Wandering through the five directions, extending over ten feet.
The True Person of the Heavenly Emperor, steadies the brush and writes.
Thereby unfolding the Grotto Chapters, next inscribing the numinous talismans.
Yuanshi descends, the True Script is widely spread.
Brightly it exists, darkly it is non-existent.
Deep ailments can heal themselves, those drowning in worldly toil can be supported.
The dark underworld will rely upon this, thereby ascending to the Capital of Immortals.
