Personally, mine are huskies, corgis, bassets, and pittbulls.
I love those tooWolfdog
Met a tall poodle once and it was the most well behaved calm dog i ever saw in my life. Total calmness, extremely soft curls lol, changed my view on poodles forever.Never thought I’d say this but poodle.
Hands down, end of discussion, and it’s not even close.

Losing a dog is one of the painful experiences of being human. They give us that gift as well.I had a sheepdog and a collie. I really love dogs, but I won't get them anymore. Dogs live less than humans. It's very hard when they die.
I had two growing up. They'd play outside for hours. I remember how they'd use our trampoline as a tent when it'd snow. I miss them.Blue Heelers, I love them. But 'high maintenance' is an understatement, owning one is like adopting a tiny, adorable drill sergeant with fur. They need a couple hours of intense activity every day. Not a leisurely walk. I'm talking sprints, puzzles, games that make you tired just watching. They're amazing if you're active and committed. If you're not, you're better off with a cat.
