So im gonna assume your talking about the Fear and Hunger games, unfortunately not everyone knows about obscure horror rpgs. I don't know the games very well but the game does take a lot of inspiration from various occult or occult related sources. I don't think the gods are specifically based on any actual mythologies but they do have heavy lovecraft influence.
The use of ritual circles to summon specific gods seeme inspired by things like The key of Solomon but I don't know fear and hunger or Solomonic magic well enough to identify any direct influence. Concepts of ascending are interwoven into a lot of left hand path magical traditions as well.
Alternatively you could rip the magic system directly from the game and practice it as closely as possible within moral and legal boundaries. Avoid blood sacrifices generally but otherwise steal the runes and mythology from the games and use it in your practices, even if its not "real" you could potentally get results.
