If you are using "Glamour" and "enchantment" to mean enthralling others through Presence then the "occult" isn't the place to be looking for this. There are practices that will help you to manipulate the body's energy field but they'll be short lived, exactly as you're seeing at the moment. Furthermore, most writers on sigils, most writers on the occult generally (with painfully few exceptions) are not exactly beacons of aesthetic ecstasy. Their work is Mercurial, not Venusian.
You want to look towards the real Vampyric masters of glamour: celebrities. Not what they say about themselves (God help us!) but, rather, how a celebrity is constructed. How, precisely, someone elevates themselves from a decent looking boy/girl to being someone who, through Presence, poise and timing, is the energy centre of every room, who can make their target feel like they are the centre of the world, who can refine and then wield their natural gifts to devastating effect. You'd be better off looking towards old celebrities too (say 1920s Hollywood through to the Michael Jackson and Madonna era in the late 80s/early 90s) rather than influencers.
Read Greene's The Art of Seduction. It will give you an overview of how this magic (and it is magic, just Venusian and erotic rather than Mercurial and logical) has worked and it will also give you a set of archetypes you can draw from in creating your personal glamour. LaVey's The Satanic Witch is also useful for this terrain if you want something more occult-y. Much of the work comes down to weaponising your body and Presence. You don't get "days off": body, clothing, speech, even movement, are all selected and honed for effect and that effect cannot be seen to be being "performed". This area requires more willpower and consistency than practically any "Hermetic curriculum" you're likely to read and the secrets of how it's done at the highest levels are more jealously guarded than those of any ascended master. Greene and LaVey will point you towards the right terrain to keep practicing your skills, fine tuning your effect. Alongside that, I would say to work on Presence for real (Gurdjieff and Ouspensky are the places to look for that). If you truly transform yourself into a lethal weapon you will likely draw all kinds of people to you. To keep the right ones, you will need to offer more than just appearance. That combination of social fluency, projection of beauty/pleasure and authentic, awakened Presence will take you closer to being a real "vampire" than any sigils ever will.
