Roma it might help to do a daylong workout keeping the heart at 81 beats per minute or maybe using the mind to keep it 81 per moment at a different rate by chance. Or just contemplations of that being done for some subtle energy synchronizations but the 81 things don’t need to be heart beats of course though it’s so apparently along the way. .
