A very strange thing happened to me. Yesterday, I turned on my laptop (from sleep mode), and right in the center of the desktop, there was a file named si1nal.txt. I have a lot of stuff on my desktop, but I definitely didn’t have a file with that name before. I opened it, and inside was some weird nonsense—I don’t even understand how something like that could be created. Are those kinds of symbols even allowed in a text file? I have no idea what it is!

Then, all night, I dreamed about some glowing orb. I feel (I’m certain) there’s a connection between these events. Could some entity be trying to contact me through my computer? But I don’t understand what it is—I don’t even recognize those symbols (what are those little squares…?).

I just tried copying text from the file—I thought nothing would work, but it actually copies… So weird!

Honestly, I don’t know what to do about all this, but I feel compelled to share it. It’s unsettling in a way. I can’t quite put it into words, but I sense some kind of... energetic shift.

Yes, I did scan my laptop with antivirus software (I have one installed) — it’s clean. But my concern isn’t about the physical aspect. What troubles me more is my energetic state, which keeps telling me this is important... yet I can’t grasp what it is. If this is some kind of information, I have no idea how to decode it (at all — I’ve never encountered ‘writing’ like this before).

Аnd this is not a joke—this is real, and it’s not funny to me at all...

Seems in line with your other posts.. This could be the start of an epic adventure do make sure you have a good meal before you start exploring. Maybe some creepy pasta with miracle whip.

Fascinating. Whatever it is, you could try asking whoever sent it for the key so you can decrypt it.

It looks like a simple graphical message with a lot of repetition. Maybe they're just saying hello, or it's a test for the spells you came up with in your other thread. Your spells for clarity of mind, emotional calm, and enhanced intuition could come in handy here (but you've probably already thought of that).

Everything I’ve come to in my thoughts so far (and yes, I’ve used magic too) is some kind of signal, in the literal sense of the word. :)

antivirus software
That does not protect your computer unfortunately. Even the man who created the first antivirus software said this in his own words. It only recognizes what its programmed to recognize, so if someone comes up with some sort of new malware the software won't be able to just detect it. Also the NSA (if you live in the USA) can get through any type of security you have just to have an idea that there is barely any computer security at all even for the advanced hacker.

... a file named si1nal.txt. I...

While I assume the file was written by a program, maybe an AI generator, maybe installed with some other junk since you put everything on your desktop, it seems to code something translatable to English.

In short, it says "Night cage". Maybe it's a poem.

Basically, to me It looks like binary. if you read that in binary, (mixed in with dividing lines, some junk and ascii art), and use a binary converter, you pull out actual Korean kanji, which translates to English.

and google translate.
Translation is difficult unless you speak Korean - it doesn't translate without some playing around with the spaces and I don't trust this to be accurate.

After this, it's repetitive junk, like the Registered trademark symbol repeated over and over and then the first two sets repeated again before the ascii art at the bottom.

To add...
You do see funny files included in the guts of downloaded software sometimes, as Easter Eggs or artifacts of the development process. If you have any Korean-language anything downloaded I'd look to that first.

I don't get any sense of energy off this. And certainly nothing malicious.
I would caution not to let yourself get into fear about the unknown - you can manifest or attract the same though this emotion, so it's best to assume all is ell but keep an eye out all the same. Be discerning than than troubled. You don't have enough data to be troubled yet.

This is exactly what I was thinking - a foreign language, in a font that you don't have installed on your computer :)
