how do you see visualize chakras

I'm doing chakra work for few days and I'm struggling with visualization hardly can keep visualizing a chakra for few sec and it's not clear either then I thought maybe it's the way I see then I see visualize them from my eye looking down within me like normally people see do any of you use first person view or any other perspective

Imagine being in a clear sky day with little clouds and focus your throat, the taste of orange juice spiriling in your sacral era, a huge garden in your chest....

Can be a set of pictures, a taste, a sound, a memory...

Those chakra don't exist as such. They are constructs that help you to harmonize your general energy.
