Change the definition of the manifestation which causes the guilt.
Guilt is a powerful message. It tells you that an energy is out of alignment with your core self. Guilt, regret, doubt are part of the inner compas, a system which allows us to understand and apply moral stuff.

So I don't know how you understand your pagan theology or philosophy, I was raised Catholic and my Monad/All-Being is still the Abrahamic God, atleast in name (obviously not theology) even though I utilize many different dieties and understand him through Pagan Philosophy. If you still hold on to a conception of a God with a capital G, or some type of Highest Power, diety of dieties, then simply ask. The abrahamic guilt is an insidious thing to people of our path and a huge trauma to get over, but I find it helps to honestly ask for the removal of guilt if it is within God's will. How I understand my path is that God has walked me down it, that even though I do magic and work with tons of dieties that ultimately the point of my path as an occultist that practices a syncretic framework is to get closer to Him, to develop my Soul. If you are honestly looking for an elevated spiritual connection, to come closer to the source, and to live spiritually the abrahamist's teach that God's mercy is greater than your sin. The God of Abraham will not punish you for following your path, if you approach your practice with sincerity he understands and has lead you there.
