[Help] how to not do any closed practices accidentally/not knowing its a closed practice?

its kind of a dumb question, but i dont want to touch a close practice by accident or on purpose, because i respect it and it feels like im crossing a line even thinking about doing it accidentally

i will appreciate it if someone tell me everything about closed practices and how to know if something is closed practice

There is no universal list of everything that is "closed". Different communities may disagree and people online use the term far too broadly. A closed practice is usually closed because it requires initiation, teaching, community membership or premission from the people who preserve it. Without that you may be able to imitate fragments that are publicy available, but you are not actually practicing the tradition in its full context.

Just do not pretend to hold titles or initiations you do not have. Apart from that, learn what you want and stop worrying about accidentally crossing some invisibel line
