specifically, cows blood i wanted to make a discussion to know if anyone else does the same but i also wanted to know what rituals or practices i could use with cows blood ill do anything for gain. I also wanted to know if i could get help with making a love spell for a girl who used to be with but sense has lost interests im still heart broken over her it was a week ago. yeah ive tried alot of thinks but drinking blood makes my skin glow and look the best out of them all
doesnt take much either maybe a 5th of a avg size jar each day

Eh. One of my first magical successes was to make a simple sigil for a girl(i charged it with fire lol). I was a dumb teenager, i would not do something like that today. I got a neighbor girl to be interested in me, she started visiting me almost every day but i got cold feet.

The worst that can happen? Emotions are stupidly volatile, there is not even a way of imagining how complicated are the ways in which you can make yourself unhappy when you fail to manipulate those, and no reliable way of ensuring a success.
Give it time. Heartbreak is a feeling. You are not your feelings, as deeply painful as they might be. I sympathise with your experience, but a week is rarely enough to regain clarity.

Cow blood, though...? I mean, maybe you actually like the taste, but I feel like it requires mentioning you can actually make relatively edible dishes out of it.

That fact that it works is a good one. Though I would suggest careful observation over how your body reacts to drinking blood. Apparently if that works for your skin, then probably you lack something in your food that is contained in blood... But it never has only one effect and some might be not so good.

I also worry for your liver, blood contains a lot of iron and you can iron poison yourself and damage your liver. Liver is very good in repairing itself, but try not to push your luck.

Drinking blood in low amounts is not that dangerous on itself and if you have good source, The blood disease is rather unlikely, as long as the blood is fresh and not contaminated.

Blood is used in rituals, you can do that. But if you are beginner in the occult, then you need to start from the beginning. Take some beginners books and start some practice.

Do not do or ask for help for a "love spell" to manipulate someone against their will. Highly unethical, absolutely no way to start your occult practice. And stop drinking blood, that is not good for you.

With love spell? You could bind to you person that hates you and that you actually hate as well, even ending in fight with knives (or other weapons) and far less than 100% chance of survival.

The fact that you even ask that really does show that you are indeed very new to the occult and really do need to do a lot more research before you attempt any kind of spell really, much less love spells, which are strongly advised against by any occultist worth their salt. Have you heard of the new movie "Obsessed" or "Obsession" or whatever it is called? That should give you an idea of the worst that could happen. Have you also ever heard the simple phrase, "Be careful what you wish for"?

thanks for reply, i am mostly african heritage and believe in the ways of the massai and tribes in africa whose dietly is largely of the blood they drink from cows i agree that would mean lacking of a nutrient thats in blood possibly but idk its just an easy way to get it i eat alot of stuff like brains too but blood is always just different

Yes, i remember that i just lit a piece of paper, with a simple sigil, while i visualized the wish flowing to the universe as it burned. Retarded spell, but worked.
