Interesting how some people (no specifics here, happens on every forum I've seen) keep complaining about how bad the forum they're on is, then comes back again and again to the very forum they're complaining about.

I haven't been on this forum for long, but in this short time, I've noticed that Xenophon is the most interesting character. So much gossip from me this time.

"Interesting" in the Chinese sense?

He has an often thankless, caustic role to play, with historical and cultural references that go over the heads of many. I certainly felt his absence during his ban.

I suspect if we were on a desert island we'd pass the time by plotting each others' demise, reminded a little of the relationship between France and Britain, the jeering and scorn relentless... but gods help the third party that tries to get between them.

Yeah, i know it's not wise to defend a banned poster on an old school forum but the guy was nice to me and we had a "buddy" vibe going so i'd thought i was gonna do so anyway.

I found myself blindsided when I was banned on Friday for supposedly being Xenophon's alt (not sure how you came to that conclusion). That said, I do appreciate being unbanned and having the opportunity to sort this out. I look forward to continuing to participate here.

VPN flag just like everyone else. Xeno alt comment was just a comment based on some glazing activities I observed. You ban message was an automated one from the system (VPN related).
