Is there any video courses that goes through the fundamentals and a person guiding you with step by step videos?

Like someone saying exactly what exercises you need to do ect.

I feel I would learn and progress better when there is a video guide on the matter.

I'm not aware of online courses, I'm not friend of those, but if you take a book, explore rituals and then search for videos showing how people perform that ritual, you are quite likely to find something.

The most known rituals like LBRP are surely on YT on many videos.
