Have you searched the forum and read all the existing threads about the jinn/djinn yet? Some don't have replies, some others long and elaborate ones written by specialists in the field who may not be inclined to go over the same old ground again. Just so you're not discouraged by the lack of quality answers.

Thanks ok i will go through the whole forum, i am interested in ones own experience since i worked with demon in a respectful way, i am drawn to jinn, but many workings are offensive while others are not clearly offensive but still not at all like the reverence i treat demons with,

i do want to experiment and try things but not to ruin my relation with demons, whom they get present even if i do 0 protection i have nothing but beautiful experiences. I even now strongly believe some Jinns are actually same as some demons, same entities, not sure about all of them, but some, i have that speculation

I am familiar with some of it from my travels. (Been lucky enough to travel to over 60 different countries).

Arabic magick relies heavily on the power of letters in their arabic language system.. in the same way hebrew does with hebrew letters that each have numerical and spiritual value.. such as Vahv, which represents the connection between the physical and spiritual worlds. It has a numerical value of 6. There is great importance to this, but for now I will not get into it.

Arabic magick is similar.. its based on power of symbolism of arabic letters and numerology.. Then constructed into shapes that also represent a numerical value, and then infused with power, and charged into talismans and amulets. often called Tah'weez. (I am probably pronounciating that wrong).. It also relies on reading of verses of power.. whether from the bible or Quran in arabic --very specific verses that also have power based on the words, letters and numerical values-- also of which time they were revealeda nd for what purpose.

As far as working with djinn, thats another topic. I don't like to teach people about forms of true evocation or anything- I rather let them fool around with the silliness that is western magick.. Some knowledge is reserved for a reason. Though, if I see people who have potential and a good foundation, I may help..

Nonetheless, am happy to say arabic/middle eastern magick is only one of many forms of magick I've studied from the East.. and it's very interesting...

I would look into Liana Saif who studies the Islamicate Occult Sciences on a academic level, practitioners have varying methods and systems and the source of the practice is often questionable. I am from Turkey or Turkiye my father practices this, and it goes under the term "Ilm al-Hawass" (the science of special or occult properties,) its pretty similar to The Three Books of Occult Philosophy from Agrippa, in terms of the cosmological model and how it works. One thing I would like you point out is that this type of "magic" if you may, was the result of purifying the soul in a methodical way which takes time, and was almost always done with a teacher who already been through the process, these days people skip over that part and want a fast dopamine rush.

I've helped people get connected with Marid djinns and Ifreet. Some they don't tell me what class of djinn they are , but can be very powerful. Usually I bind them to rings so people can wear. I stopped doing this though. I dont think the average person should be given such power.. Mostly did this with people within my circle/coven.

Forgot to mention, theres a class of djinn they refer to themselves as Kings.. not sure exactly what type.. They say there are 'Jann' as well .. Usually older, longer lifespans, 7,000, 10,000, 20,000 years old. Tend to be more wise and less chaotic. very powerful however.

I don't do covenants with them. I've worked with some and have made pacts in the past.. I don't anymore.. I released all the ones I've had bound to objects, usually jewelry..

Just my two cents...

The planetary spirits from the picatrix are far from xtian notion of demons... quite the opposite. A really easy book to do a simple evocation with a mirror is in Phillip and Dennings 'Planetary Magick'.

In particular the evocation of Phul was amazing and gave me all sorts of crazy dreams for about 3 months (and everything in those dreams came true). Although it is arguable if these are planetary spirits or 'Djinn'.

How did you find the beings from the book, good, bad, neutral? Did you have only the dream experiences after the evocation or you did have something bad signaling the being is not necessarily benevolent,

I never tried mirror evocation, i did not get a black one yet, im curious if by chance you did with normal mirror.

These evocations are the ones that taught me that they can appear in many forms, but they are also ok with visualizing a telesmatic image of them. I specifically asked for methods to find familliar spirits and to use dreamtime as a grounds for further spirit work - and it simply worked.

The picatrix is an arabic derived work and I only really questioned the potions in that book - as some decoctions are not safe. As always research if certain ingredients are ok in large quantities. Like Almond oil.

From your experience, when spirit appears with help of mirror, does vision last during the whole session or it flickers/ disappears after some few seconds?

It really depends on the session. A well prepared ritual will make the difference. If you enter a good trance beforehand it usually sustains.

Most are all very cooperative but during some bindings, I've had alot of strange and scary things happened.. One in particular that stands out:

I was in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on a business trip wiht some colleagues. While there, i set up a temporary space to do some work for some people I was traveling with to bind a djinn to a ring that can be worn around the neck or on the finger.. for their bidding.

During the ritual, the scrying mirror did not show anything and I patiently waited for the presence and was thinking about the incantations I woul call next to really force it to appear.. Minutes into my pondering, the temple space I had created had became engulfed in flames.. It started from one candle --the flame started spitting out sparks.. and then another candle torched up like a flambe pan or throwing lighter fluid on hot coals. -- within seconds the entire room was engulfed in flames climbing up the dried and cracked paint on the walls. I feared leaving the circle so with quick thinking , I knocked over all the candles, the melted/ liquified wax put out the candle flames.. but the whole room was dark except for the flames climbing up the walls.. then I saw the djinn.. the flames subsided.. and the Djinn cried out "why are you locking me here".. I could hear it as an audible voice, painful like a woman in distress.. I calmed it down by calling on some king names of that sphere and angels that governed that sphere. -- bound it to the ring.. when I touched the chain that ws attached to the ring.. it was burning hot, but it hadwent no where near any fire or heat.. it was in my robepocket.

--- Another thing about the djinn, oncethey are bound to an item, it doesn't mean they are completely trapped in that item.. Once they start working with an individual, they end up posessing the individual. I've had a few people-- one incident, specifically a gay man who had trouble controlling the djinn and talked about it having intense desires to do certain things he was not comfortable with.. It took alot of work for him to get accustomed to dealing with the djinn.. Eventually he became a healer and with the help fo the djinn opened up a business where he does energetic healing with quite good effect. The bloke lives in LA now and has a successful business.
