Someone is looking for a specific book to be shared.
does anyone happen to have a pdf of 
I could not find a PDF copy OR a physical copy of that particular book. However, the quest for it DID yield something substantial directly connected to the interesting SUBJECT therein.
The 2 Star-Crossed Serpent volumes of The Clan of Tubal Cain are now available for download via the Book Shares sub-forum.

An essential text. Hope someone can find it.
The first half of this book is more or less excerpted from The Star Crossed Serpent Volumes 1 - 4. : Thread 'The Star Crossed Serpent (4 volume set on the Clan of Tubal Cain), by Shani Oates' Book – EPUB/MOBI - The Star Crossed Serpent (4 volume set on the Clan of Tubal Cain), by Shani OatesPush
The second half of this book is primarily Ronald White's The New Pagans' Handbook. It (and more) is to be found here :
The remaining material consists of the documents retained by George Stannard and then published in Genuine Witchcraft. That being said, here is the (legit and safe) direct download link to a scholarly article written by Ethan Doyle Wright entitled "An Elusive Roebuck : Luciferianism and Paganism in Robert Cochrane's Witchcraft"
