I started reading this book a few days ago and am really enjoying it so far. It's mostly limited to the 20th century, as they're focusing from when Finland became an independent nation. I imagine the vast majority of this book is unknown to most people outside of Finland and it's really interesting to read about some of the characters and groups that cropped up, such as Aino Kassinen, a famous Finnish clairvoyant.

It's by Perttu Hakkinen and Vesa Iitti - it's mostly an overview of certain 20th century societies and occultists that were born of Finland. Not sure if there are any Finns on this website, but if there are, perhaps you know of some of this already.
