Was drinking from last easter till last month now I've started sobering up. Decided I needed a dopamine flush to flush out some old traumas and it worked. Now that I stopped drinking (which wasn't easy thanks to addiction). I decided to try just LBRP and SBRP and they were potentiated like hell. Can literally feel the Light of Truth inside my house and it feels good to be inside these lofty energies.
I am also coming to the Earth element now after 22 years of magickal dabbling. It's the final element I'm doing so no wonder about the dopamine reflush. Coming back to the material realm after having a psychosis lasting 22 years. Was pretty magickal storyline of my life but nothing I want to share publically as it was so intense. Even talked to different Gods. But after wayfaring in mental insanity for that long I'm finally reaching the Earth element. I have my own sorcery invocation style of the elements so I do both +/- side of the corresponding element. In Earth there is literally no + or - side as it's all just Earth.
Did the elements in Fire-Water-Air-Earth order
Fire was a 7 year, Water was also exactly 7, Air was a bit over 7 years by 2-3 months, and now been doing Earth for some time.

I began my magickal career by being on psychedelics in apartment 30/1 and 30/2 at 30.03.2003 catching a Gamma-ray-Burst from space. It interracted with my trip and thus everything began.
