Settle into a comfortable position and seek tranquility. If necessary, light a Blue candle to represent the God of the Seas. Take a deep breath, feeling the air entering your lungs and leaving your mouth. Forget your everyday problems, feel peaceful and relaxed. Close your eyes.

Inside your mind you open your eyes, you are on the beach of an island. Feel the grains of sand under your feet. Watch the sea in front of you, the movements of the waves and, in the background, the dolphins jumping in the waters. Approach the ocean, ask permission to the water elementals and enter the sea. Feel the sway of the sea and the waves crashing into your body. Dive in, you don't have to hold your breath, your lungs get used to the environment and now you're breathing underwater.
As you soak in the salt water you are purifying your body of negative energies.

Descend deep to the bottom of the sea. On the way, notice the presence of some animals, a whale passes close to you and in front of you a school of blue fish swims agitatedly. Keep swimming, you reach the depths of the ocean and realize the rich marine ecosystem present in Poseidon's domains. Walk along the bottom of the sea. Just ahead you can see a huge temple with colorful corals around it. Approach the shrine of Amphitrite's husband, note the various columns and tridents etched on the temple's golden door. Open the door and enter.

Upon entering the temple you come across a large room with four seahorse statues, one in each corner and a grandiose statue of Poseidon with his trident in hand. Walk to the statue of Poseidon, bow and introduce yourself to the father of the Cyclopes. When you introduce yourself, the statue begins to move and in front of you is the God Poseidon himself. Take this moment to talk to the God of the waters, vent, tell him your problems and anxieties, don't be afraid of Poseidon.

When you finish your conversation, thank Poseidon for his presence, bow to him and leave the temple. Look out for the colorful corals that line the temple and rise to the surface. Don't run upstairs, catch a glimpse of the marine animals around you and when you reach the surface, swim to the beach. Gradually you close your astral eyes, everything is dark, take a deep breath and open your physical eyes.
