I’m looking for a mentor or teacher to teach me exercises and training for seeing spirits, angels, demons and other beings with my physical eyes and hear them with my physical ears. Please let me know if you are interested

nembra is right but let me explain exactly why asking for this is the fastest way to destroy your own mind.

wanting to see and hear entities with your physical eyes and ears is not a sign of spiritual advancement. it is a massive red flag that your internal wiring is already leaking. in my tradition we are taught that the physical senses are meant for the physical world. they are your anchor to reality. if you start forcing your physical eyes to perceive the astral plane while you are wide awake and walking down the street, you are intentionally breaking the barrier that keeps you sane.

when you force the physical brain to process non-physical data without decades of structural energetic upgrades, you do not become a mage. you become a psychiatric patient. you will end up hearing voices that tell you to do terrible things and seeing shadows that drain your battery until you cannot function in normal society. that is not magic. that is possession and psychosis.

if you want to perceive the unseen, you train the inner eye through meditation, breathwork, and dream work. you build the vessel in the dark so you can project your gaze safely from behind closed eyelids or in deep trance. you keep the physical eyes for navigating traffic and looking people in the face when you speak to them.

do not look for a teacher who will promise you physical hallucinations on demand. any real mentor would tell you to go touch some grass, eat a heavy meal, and learn how to ground your energy before you ever ask to see a demon in broad daylight.

fix your foundation first. the unseen will show itself when your battery is strong enough to handle the voltage without frying your motherboard. until then, keep your physical senses locked on the physical world.

That's not how you get it though. Physically seeing and hearing them is a rare and ultimately incredibly mentally taxing "gift". Not all spirits would want to help you, and many are malicious liars.

What kind of help do you want?

Run away from anyone who promises to teach you this. I'm not trying to shit on anyone's UPG, but I always groan at people's forum tales when they phrase them as actual conversations. "The smell of the old tomes filled the room."

The few people who might have actually done what you seek, are likely not about to share publicly about their experience as it would be deeply personal. And the ability to do so, wouldn't be easily taught.

Aside from how ultimately degrading the pursuit of wealth can be, you really don't need to physically see or hear spirits in order to contact them. Divination or inner sight are more than enough.

You don't need to be able to see spirits to get help from them or work with them. Honestly save your mundane senses for mundane things, life is simpler that way. And understand that these spirits have their own agendas and expectations too and unless you know exactly what you are offering them in return, you will be paying for it in other ways. No such thing as free lunch. And even for a legitimate mentor, you'll need to reciprocate and provide value to them as well, nobody legitimate is going to pick up a rando on wizardsforums online for free. Talk to people and get to know people first, be very careful who you select as your mentor because not everyone knows what they're doing and they'll just drag you down a dark path. Blind leading the blind.

You don't need magic to make good money or even have a good life, focus on having your mundane shit together first. Unless you are hexed or something, but you don't need to work with spirits to get that fixed.
