Please, a narcissistic ex-partner (female) has returned with psychic and psychological attacks (manipulation, harassment through social media, etc.). Help — which angel, spirit or demon could not only stop her, but also punish her? Thanks in advance.

Friend, block them, both literally and figuratively. The best defense in this case is to "silence" everything they are casting at you. Regarding punishment, let their negative words redouble on themselves. Nothing more needs to be done.

I would take a different approach than cursing.

Had issues with a proper succubitch a while ago.

I would use some Angel Magick to target the problem from different angles.

If you are just starting out you can have a look at the books of "The Gallery of Magick",
it's all very practical and beginner friendly and quick to apply, reduced to the only steps necessary,
meaning with Angel Magick you do not need anything really, you can light a candle if you like.

An easy one that can be quiet effective and has much in it, with chapters sorted by the effects of the ritual, so it's literally plug and play -
is the "Secret Angel Magick" book by Adam Blackthorne. The bonding with Archangel Raziel is really effective,
that can help you with almost any following ritual you perform, empowering other rituals.

Another one that is very hands on and very short is "Universal Magick" by Hargrove, that works with Enochian magick.

Also very effective is "72 Sigils of Power" by Zanna Blaise, but that one is more for practicing the power of gods names,
it's maybe a little less flexible or more for transformation of self.

All of these mentioned are from the gallery of magick, you can have a look on their other books if you tend to like other things better.

I would first sever the thread by making her lose interest in you/what she is doing.
So calm her emotions, maybe give her something "good" in the sense that something comes her way that occupies her attention fully.

You could do these kinds of approaches in 2-3 different ways to target the problem from different angles if the problem
is persistent, but it's important to trust the process and let go as if it's already solved, so you don't sabotage the success in the end.

Then shield yourself by doing some protection rituals, just state what you want to be true -
you have your peace, noone takes her (if applicable) slandering etc on social media seriously,
no one can harm you in the ways you stated, be it psychic or any other form.

The more regular your practice/ connection to higher realms, the less anyone can harm you.
