It is on topic (interrelation of paganism and folklore in Germany) and I'm incredibly grateful that you've managed to find this. I have been looking for years and met with only an inaccessible version on Archive.org or else hundreds of dollars for an old copy.I didn't have the patience to find out whether this book is off-topic or not but as it has "Religion" in the title and there are loads of books about the nazis and the occult... anyway, here it is:
