New but eager to learn

I’m a Christian with a lot of questions about what’s being taught in the bible particularly regarding God’s nature, giants, “demons” and I feel like we are not getting the complete picture only from one side.

I am eager to learn more about I don’t know how to put “this side” of the fence story.

I’ve read the lesser key of Solomon, book of Enoch and gnostic gospels etc but how do I put this in practice? How to start? Where to go?

Have you heard of Ethiopian (orthodox) Christianity? They have the thickest Bible
