Hello! I am new to this forum, i am a 38 yr solitary and this is my first time reaching out!! I need help. My husband has been being attacked for 3 years. He has gone from healthy to being diagnosed with 5 autoimmune diseases, tumors in his throat (he's a singer), and MUCH MORE due to our relative paying someone to hex him. We have done many counter measures to shield and send back but it's a constant onslaught. Does someone have some insight or advice for me?

I'm not a professional exorcist so take my advice with a pinch of salt. I think you should try not to send back the hex, but cut your and your husband's energy ties with the relative in general. Don't meet them, call them, or keep their gifts in your house. Don't even think of them, just pretend that they don't exist. And maybe try some invisible spells on your husband. I would like to provide more detailed advice if I can, but I don't have the wisdom to do so. Hope things go well for you.

A lot can be done, but it has to be focused right. First while the relative pays, the person evades responsibility as well as counterattacks by paying some pro to do the dirty work instead and that someone might be using animals or puppets to evade backlash himself.
@Chodbaxofyw is correct that disconnecting form the person is probably a step in right direction.
Then you have that other occultist to fight off and there lies the challenge. Fortunately for you the person is no Superman, it is just normal human just like you. So, the measures you need to take are not of the kind that is once and it's over type of work. For that you would have to be way stronger than the person you are defending against. And good defense is in order if you are being attacked. Renewed weekly, even daily at first. If the enemy gets through, then the defenses do not work properly yet as they fail you. If the enemy can get to you in your space, it is not because they have connection to you, but they are somehow allowed to enter. Once the defenses refuse to let them in, then they truly work. Connection is just navigation system for finding you. Keep in mind that you are the master of your home. So you can truly control what gets in through your magic.
With the diseases, that is beyond my knowledge, could be occult in origins, could be genetic. I don't dare to speak much on that matter...

Disconnecting completely from this relative, as stated above, is an excellent decision. Most magic, in order to work, requires an avenue to reach its target. The fewer paths you give it to work, the less effective it will be and the longer it will take to achieve results. That goes for your own magic too. In other words, you should minimize potential paths connecting this enemy magician's magic with you and your husband, while maximizing the potential paths for your own magic to work defensively and hopefully reverse the damage already dealt.
This falls outside the scope of the occult, but if you have evidence this relative has been harassing you and your husband beyond simply a perceived magical attack, but as well as verbally and especially if physically, it would be wise to take this case to the police. Sometimes police are completely useless, and they will almost certainly laugh you off if you even breathe a word about magic to them. But if you have other forms of evidence you could vastly reduce this person's ability to interact with you at all, maybe even get them sent to prison, which would completely cut them off from their connection with the magician they are paying to harm you. That magician won't work for free, that much can be said, and his attacks will certainly cease.
