[Opinion] Optimist or Pessimist: Which are You?

I guess I walk the fence in this..I'm an optimistic depending on how things are going. Right now I'm in a funk, so I tend to the pessimistic side. On a side note, why is it when people are trying to attract things, it's always money, a significant other, or a career. Why does no one ever specify peace? I don't mean peace in a world oriented way (that hasn't been attainable for thousands of years of humanity) but internal peace. If that's what I desire, does that make me an optimist or a pessimist? Then again, peace is something you have regardless of the situation brewing around you.
