Exercises in Magical Practice (Übungen zur Magischen Praxis) by Frater Taliesin-Ra O∴S∴ is a short instructional book that is not commercially available.
It is usually passed on within the Ordo Saturni.

The Book is about the foundations and basics of practical magical: conscious breathing and the cultivation of vital force, concentration and visualisation exercises, training the imagination and the confrontation with one’s own lower impulses and limitations
"It often happens that an aspiring magician does not achieve the slightest effect, even after repeatedly reciting ritual texts that he has so carefully "dug up" and studied. ... The main reason why nothing happens, fortunately for some, is often simply a lack of magical training. Anyone who wants to achieve real results must first undergo such training."
