I was reading the mini book made by Mari Silva about Planetary Magick and to be honest, i felt that she uses too much ingredients for spells, in a way that it is actually too expensive for the rituals.
As the basis of planetary magick is actually gathering gravitational and magnetic forces to resonate with the intention. So i really need to use a cooking recipe and use many ingredients that could be eaten in a meal to charge the spell? It feels like i'm wasting food,tho
