Simplest protection spell there is: Burn cedar.

Advanced: Burn white sage first, then burn cedar.

The cedar keeps out what the sage chases out.

I had a friend give me an evil eye bracelet one time and i feel like that really helped. Sometimes just certain symbolic objects and traditional good luck charms can work when we don't have methodology to get what we need.

My father gave me a blue stone that I was going to convert into an evil eye bracelet because I really needed it. Everywhere I go people treat me like an enemy before I even altar a word. But someone broke into my house and stole the blue stone. It was proof that I was being watched. I have a wand though.
