Thank you for asking. Yes, to the WordArt cover. The book has had a few iterations beginning as Psionic Combat in 1985, according the the introduction. This specific upgraded-to-Psionic Warfare re-release as a pdf is probably from 2003/4.

And the last time psionics was going strong as an occult field was what, like 2016?
