I am learning this new technique* and, even if the energy is physical, there is a lot of visual working involved. So I wonder if they work on physical or on some other plane. Because in the texts I am studying there is a lot of excercise wich I love, but maybe a little theory would be also nice. And also if we can use other energy to charge them and what is your experience with them. Please tell me everything.

*my references for now are Robert bruce, New Hermetics and energy work 101 etc... on this library
