Greetings,

I have a few questions, not really urgent, about the MPR.

When doing the MPR, where should the hands and arms be?
I usually like the archangel call portion of the LBRP, have them put to the sides, like a godform with palms cupped. Is this wrong?
Should they naturally hang down on the sides instead?

Also, when doing the MPR, and from an idea of using a rosary with the MPR to both charge the rosary, and to help aid concentration on the sphere in question, if you had the choice, would you omit the throat god name YHVH Elohim, or the solar plexus IAO?

kind regards

Is this wrong?
No. The idea is to have the energy flow through and around you, so the position of your arms doesn't matter that much. I like to have them hanging down and at the end bring them together at my genitals and then up as in prayer (got this from the opening stance in Taekwondo, like cupping water and bringing it to your heart)
For replacing / omitting names: I'm using different ones all together, if I had to choose between the two you have i'd leave IAO in as I associate it with God coming into you.
