I astrally went to Hell. I did it out of curiosity and then kept being drawn back in against my will.

At first it was painful. Recently I found the ability to leave at will and to repel the demonic entities attempting to pull me under.

Not much to say about it other than I wouldn't recommend it. It is a realm without valid purpose.

One visitation had an interesting bit of wisdom for me though. Something said that before Hell was Hell, it was the Underworld. More mellow and purposed. Making it evil took away its purpose. I interpreted this gnosis as an admission from the spirit realm that not every human myth paints the realm of the dead as a place of torment and punishment. Helheim of Norse mythology, despite its phonetic similarity to Hell, was not a place of punitive torture but rather of peace.

The spirit realm responds to our myths.

Whatever we believe, we are creating, and eventually can experience. Choose carefully what you believe. ;)
Couldn't say it better.

There is ton of Christian NDE experiences from both hell and heaven. From other faiths too. There are also NDE that have nothing of the sort of experience. Christian hell, where you would get trapped forever, that one doesn't exist...

Fuuck!

Best to avoid right-wing Deliverance Catholicism, who are just trying to scare up converts, literally. Deliverance Catholicism is an import from American Pentecostalism and Evangelicalism, very overlaid with a rigid, ultra-conservative Catholic aesthetics. Run away!

In original Catholic teaching, especially before the Schism of 1054, Heaven and Hell are not thought of as literal places, but states of mind. And made-up post-Dante horror shows will make engaging with daimons more dangerous, and they reflect back your own soul and expectations to a degree.
