Hello,
I am pretty new to witchcraft.
This year, I have been hurt by some people. Normally, I would deal with this in the physical world, by talking to them and trying to reason things out, but I am currently having communication difficulties because of a previous period of no contact.

I have been interested in hexing, mainly because the pain was greater than I expected. I was removed from a group, and normally I would accept this kind of thing, but this time it really hurt.

However, one person in particular is, as far as I know, well protected in the sense that she has a loving family and a stable support system. She is not into witchcraft, so I would not even consider trying a hex or a jinx against her.

Instead, I would like to try a truth spell, or something along those lines. I would appreciate any suggestions

I don't own any protection amulets, mainly because I am concerned about unethical mining and the gemstone market. For now, I only use candles and herbs

What do you mean by 'truth spell'? Are you trying to compel her to see what ostracizing you has done, by way of doing you harm? Do you have a tradition in which you work, or is your practice more eclectic? What is your former friend's spiritual background? I the group that ostracized you a magickal or spiritual fellowship,or merely a social circle?

Its quite possible to make up an herb-bag 'amulet' with the proper herbs and essential oils, though generally the addition of at least one small tumbled stone to reinforce the herbals is typical practice.
