Since I already have a sandwich philosophy... What's your favorite sandwich?

Honey ham, cheese (any kind), and the spiciest pickles i can get. I like it on a hamburger bun instead of regular white bread. I kind of make a big deal about the pickles and I happen to get them off a local that makes them around me.

Toasted wheat bread, sandwich spread, and a sliced the long way and fried smoked sausage. *Childhood comfort food I never really outgrew.
