The "phoenix suit" was a visual exercise connecting with all five elements. First a root shoot and Vine suit to entangle the undesiraboe entities. I've been doing the Sword Banishing every morning, followed by the Master Protection rituals. I normally find it very difficult to do something consistently without skipping days, but the way it makes me feel is so immense that I can't go a day without doing it.
I have about twenty or so more days of the master Protection rituals. I believe it is supposed to be.... 32 or 33 consecutive days? I have the book so I'll have to look.
My house feels very welcoming and I have a much greater sense of personal power, which has made me a less fearful person. I also feel that it is improving my astral senses or "clairs".
The power of it is immense without a doubt in my mind.
