Any thoughts on the agenda? I could get behind most of it maybe, but fear it has as little chance of implementation as me rolling thirteen in a dice game with the Devil hisself. One stumbling block is the voluntary extinction of competent peoples through birth control vs. the aggressive fecundity of the unfittest.

Roughly true, yes. They speak of "benevolently" reducing population. That takes whole long stretches of time, plus governments are scared s****-less of anything that would reduce funding for old age pensions. China---after decades of population slowing with one child--- has in recent years gone to a 2 and now a three-child limit as a way of maintaining the Ponzi Pension tax base. One imagines the next global pandemic will be an engineered one.
