last night, before going to bed, say to my soul, "Please my soul, let me access the astral realm tonight, if I'm not ready, make me pay the price."

, i know i had a nightmare, but i don't know how it went, but at some point i tried to scream and no sound came out, i realized i had sleep paralysis, and that it was a dream for some reason i couldn't get lucid so i thought i would try I forced myself to get up, that's when I felt myself getting up but I was stopped when I realized that my soul was going I got scared, and it felt like the soul was sitting on the bed when it was time to get out of the legs it stopped and I only remember waking up in the morning

I was researching and I found that, you are dozing and out of nowhere you wake up scared and an indication of astral travel, and I always had this I wake up out of nowhere as if I was falling and sometimes I feel myself inflate

Sleep paralysis is the last step to OBE to the real time zone. From there you can go to the astral plane if you want.

I know for myself that lucid sleep paralysis can be fear inducing. It is rare for me to experience it, but I used to more often when working odd shifts, staying up for longer periods of time than normal. One thing I've wondered about is the 'vibration' I'd often feel in my mind during these episodes. I eventually just realized that I was not going to experience harm, and the lucid sleep paralysis would soon resolve into regular dreaming. I never figured an OBE was possible from this. :alien::sleep:

I think that the concepts being used by the OP are not quite correct.

For example in the Egyptian/Kabbalistic framework there are 5 souls on different levels of the human system - and that hardly exhausts the reality.

Anything sitting on your bed is unlikely to be one of your various souls. It is more likely to be a visitor, probably on the astral plane.

Sleep paralysis is common with ufo abductions as is fear/terror - later followed by artificial blanking/deletion/overlay of memory

wake up out of nowhere as if I was falling and sometimes I feel myself inflate

Do some experiments. Go back into that dream and look at the ceiling. What is there?

Ask the thing sitting on your legs who/what it is?

The energy field is still there. Who's the boss?

A great point, Ive had sleep paralysis before, but due to something like Lilith in the dream, trying to choke me out in my sleep.
I would send Roma's reply, try to find out exactly who or what it is.

Others were right too, when beginning an OBE, sleep paralysis does and probably should occur.
