Hi Dave, maybe you could contribute to this book by scanning the missing pages and uploading them to the site admin since also this issue is a google books rip hence is missing pages (you will see them as white pages in the pdf). Let me see what I can do. I have been looking on Amazon to get a fairly decent and inexpensive book scanner. I think I might be able to get the missing pages scanned with my phone and uploaded. I plan on get the 2 Psalms books scanned and posted in the next couple of months. Swarts material is a goldmine and it's really the first time I have been compelled to scan and copy any books. Anyway I will see what I can do. Thanks!

Ok so...including the missing Reference&Bibliography pages I am counting about 95 pages total that are missing. I have all of the missing pages written down and plan on get those scanned this week sometime . I will upload them to the site admin when I'm finished.
