This mantra is a prayer for invoking the 11 powers. It also works with the 3rd circle of magic. Specifically, the 3rd circle of magic opens up to approximately 30%.

It is recommended to repeat each word nine times, and on the ninth repetition, draw out the last letter—"a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a."

Take the word Ghillaya, for example: it is recited nine times, and at the end, the letter "a" is drawn out—a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a—while flying over the earth!

During the initiation from the second to the third circle of magic, the seven most powerful mages ascend the highest hill. The Ten—summoned from the ten poles of the world and from within the heart—bear witness that the full power of white-gold magic shall belong to me. I pledge to use it for the common good, for the benefit of all, for the realization of the Absolute Mystery and the absolute truth—both within the Divine and within the mage—and for the highest service to the Supreme. - It is said that, upon the utterance of the word ghilaya, the mage can be lifted above the earth...

…Ghillaya- Allaya- Maytreya- Issaya- Yallaya- Kilaya- Prallaya- Illaya- Kalkiya- Messiya- Bhuddallaya…

Ghillaya-HRS-MRGA-KRISHNA — This mantra facilitates meditation and bestows magical power...
AUM-Bhuddallaya-Ghor-Om
OM-Maytreya-Maytreya-MAHA-Maytreya-AYAM-Maytreya-SOHA AUM-BHUDA-MAYTRE-MEM-SO
Issaya-HUM-MESSAYA-HUM
Kila-Kila-Kila-ya-SARVA-BIGANEN-BHAM-HUM-PHET - The protector of the teachings of kilaya is invoked.
OM-MAGA-Prallaya-NAMAGA - The protective mantra calls upon the powers The Mother of the Nights...

What's the best way to recite mantras?
Create a humming sound in the nasopharynx, pronouncing the word AUM, and add the sounds of the mantra to this humming sound with the tongue and palate.
Another method is to loudly and solemnly shout the words of the mantras into space so that they have time to create an echo in the room, and only then pronounce the next word.
Mantras are best pronounced as if from the heart, but also well with the throat chakra, the third eye, and especially well with the crown of the head.

GHALAYA-ILUVATAR-ALATAR-ERU-KHAGATAL-LA-ALT-AGH
Summons the sacred Stone, which contains all the sacred Names of God and the Labyrinths.
This Stone is also called ALATYR and helps one see one of the Secrets of God:
the hand of God, extending from infinity, holds the Stone of all Stones, resembling a blue lotus. This Stone creates many reflections. A Crystal Skull grows from each reflection. The Stone's reflection is located in the Crystal Skull's pineal gland. Sections of the Crystal Skulls are found throughout the Labyrinth, and each Labyrinth contains a world.

Mantras are recited:
a) for salvation — the Bible says: "Everyone who calls upon My Name shall be saved." Other religions say the same;
b) for union with the Holy Spirit;
c) for healing;
d) for the fulfillment of desires;
e) for invoking, studying, and conjuring forces.

It is interesting that you mentioned that with this mantra one can lift people off the ground One of the things I have often heard nonprofessionals in this field do for fun is reciting a prayer that reduces people’s weight
