Thoughts on my approach to dice divination?

I searchd for a way to do dice divination, but the methods I found were very unsatisfactory, and since I dabble in chaos magick I decided to create my own way of divination with dices.
I'm not saying it works, but I was able to loosely predict some events thanks to it.
So the way I do it is that I have 4 dices, 1 red, 1 blue, and 2 green. I toss them like normal dices, charging them with my energy before, then I note were they land relatively to each other, how many pips they each have, how many pips in total, and where their corners are pointing (especially if it's at another dice). Then i interpret, the total I use for numerology, the corners can represent the path the future will take, and also potentially symbols like runes if they match. The colors are used to see what energy the dices have, and the pips represents sort of their weight. Their position is also important, as for example dices closer to the "bottom" from my perspective I'd consider more rooted/grounded in reality, compared to the ones far up.
The results and how I interpret them depends on which question I asked while throwing them, so there isn't just one way of looking at the results, but, as I said, I had quite a lot of good predictions, and synchronicities which confirmed I was using the right method (different dices elsewhere appearing with the same colors as mine). I also will say that the results have never been contradictary for me.
Let me know what you think of it.

Good stuff. There is a tutorial from Brother Moloch here as well, slightly different:

Oh, I heard of the two dice and circle method, but never of the three dices, this seems useful for less in depth readings, thanks!

Almost all divination methods follow the same pattern: random selection amongst preset meanings or indications. Dice should be as good as anything, even if they don't have the depth of symbolism of, say, the Tarot.

Also, to be picky, 'die' is singular and 'dice' is plural. Like Lego, there is no such thing as 'dices' 😁

To me, divination is less about the tool and more about the diviner. Dice, dominoes, bones, Legos, whatever.

If it works and you are getting results, then that's the entire point. Are you the magick, or is the tool magick?

How do you account for energy with two of the dice being green, versus one red and one blue?
I don't, honestly, I just had those already so I consider the blue and red to be kind of the same.
If you're asking what energy I usually attribute to the dice, there isn't one really, it's just that the greens are opposite to the blue/red, so for example if both my greens are paired, and the other two are also paired, I consider it a good omen, because it means that their energy is aligned with themselves

Great answer! I cannot use a pendulum so I have dice dedicated to yes/no clarifications on tarot readings, works great!

seems like it's working for you... and I like that you shared a process for creating a divination tool that you can get results with. There are myriad ways to the answers we seek, and some of them may still need to be invented!
