Very simple candle magick to attract luck

You don’t need anything but a green candle and a candle snuffer.
(Do not use tea lights, white candles, or any other colored candles)

You can do this any day, and at any time.

Light the green candle.

Then write down your intention on a small piece of paper: “Attract good luck to me and let me be at the right place.”

After that, fold the paper a few times and put it away in a corner. It has to be in a corner.
(Corner of a cabinet, or corner of a room, etc.)
(Do not place anything on top of the paper)

Sit in front of the green candle, close your eyes, and focus your intention once on “Attract good luck to me and let me be at the right place.”
(Focus on the intention itself, not on the paper you put away)

After you finish setting the intention, let the candle burn for exactly 45 minutes, then snuff it with your candle snuffer.
(Do not blow it out. Do not let it burn all the way down either).

If you want to repeat this, wait 14 days from the day you started. After those 14 days, you can throw away the paper.

When you start this again, use a new piece of paper, but you may reuse the same green candle as long as it still has at least 45 minutes of burn time left.

Depends on what you mean by 'vigil candle'. If it's the type you hold, (in a vigil) it's good.

If it's the type in a glass bottle, it won't work. I asked previously in this thread. Wax must be exposed.

This is exactly why one needs to be very specific when they ask a question about a working. When people say “vigil candle,” it is a white candle that looks like this.

Nobody would think about the ones in a glass jar unless they specify it. It’s good that you specified, that helps everyone else too.

You’re free to do it your way, no one’s stopping you, but you’ll botch the session yourself. And when it comes to luck, messing a session can do the opposite of what you intended, and bring bad luck instead. I already explained why above in my reply to Sedim Haba about jar candles. I honestly don’t understand why anyone would purposely try to mess up something this simple.

A couple quick notes based on the early questions Sedim Haba raised a while back. These have already been answered above (and in some cases, more than once).

Don’t use any colored candle other than green.

Don’t bother coating a white candle in green wax. Just buy a cheap green candle.

Don’t use jar candles or put the candle in a jar. Don’t use LED candles either. This session uses magick to draw luck to the flame, and in return draw luck to you as the one working it. Putting the candle in a jar hinders your luck instead.
