Over the years, I’ve seen a lot of people complain about what does/does not get warnings, comparisons of warnings lengths, being too strict/not strict enough, etc. WF has been labeled an antisemetic forum, a transphobic forum, a Nazi forum, and most recently, a zionist forum (hilarious).
On my end, I expect all of this. I fully understand this is part and parcel of running an open community. I personally couldn’t care less what people label WF (or me) as because I know it’s not true. I have extremely strong niche, controversial, (some would call) unpleasant personal and political opinions. However, they do not leak into how WF is run. I think that’s evidenced by how many contrasting and sometimes polar opposite labels people give WF. Again, I do not care.
I’m making this thread for the snowflakes who do not understand how the warning system works and what the philosophy of WF is.
The only stance WF takes (political or otherwise) is that occult knowledge should be disseminated, shared, and encouraged as much as possible. WF is to welcome as many people as possible in this endeavor, and maintain a smooth and focused old school forum style community. To that end, we have rules.
Now, most of the rules are pretty self explanatory and don’t cause much controversy/backlash, so I won’t go over them (read the rules thread and you should understand why they exist - if not, ask about it below). However, there are a few rules/warning types that are constantly embroiled in controversy and angst, so let me cover those here (specifically in relation to political/controversial anti-/-isms).
Off Topic:
NOWHERE in any of the rules is any particular political viewpoint banned. Do you hate women and beat them in your free time? Welcome to WF. Do you hate black people and support the KKK? Welcome to WF. Do you hate jews, think they did 9/11 and deny the holocaust? Welcome to WF. Are you some IDF soldier who wants to wipe out all the babies in Palestine? Welcome to WF. You can have whatever political viewpoint imaginable. Just remember this: WF is an occult forum. There is no section to discuss beating women or killing children, just as there is no section to discuss eugenics or antisemitism. So when you post those things, you will be warned for being off topic because they are not topics WF is meant to support. WF is for occult discussion and a few other limited adjacent/fun topics.
This is the lightest kind of warning because these are your thoughts and opinions, and while they are not relevant to WF, you’re allowed to have them, and other people must TAKE offense to them. They cause no physical harm to anyone, and no mental harm directed at a WF member specifically
(Trigger warning: slurs ahead)
Insult/Verbal Abuse:
This does NOT apply every time your feelings get hurt. This is specifically for the use of slurs and name calling (nigga, goyim, faggot, tranny etc). The reason we have this rule is so that conversations, no matter how inflammatory do not turn into some shit flinging contest where all everyone does is personally attack each other. The reason this doesn’t fall into off topic is because around 10-20% of anyone’s post is allowed to be off topic so as to allow people to add context and a bit of personality to their posts. That means obviously people could have 5% of their posts be slurs which unlike having a personal political opinion is directly attacking/insulting another WF member.
This is a more serious warning because while it still causes no physical harm, the mental harm is directed at a WF member specifically.
Threat/Attack/Violent:
This is the most serious one, because you are threatening physical harm. Whether to someone on WF or not, this is taken very seriously. If you say you’re going to burn a church or cause anal ache to someone (real examples btw), you will be warned under this category.
To summarize:
Either way, though, it should be pretty difficult to go unwarned, because again, WF doesn’t really have many sections where any type of political discussion wouldn’t be off topic and therefore warned. However:
This thread applies to everyone btw, the people butthurt about the recent activity here, the staff, and even me who sees a thread that makes my blood boil but doesn’t break any rules at least once a week. I look at it, seethe for a moment, then get up and walk it off cause it doesn’t. Fucking. Break. Any. Rules. If I (who has an unlimited and all powerful ban hammer at my fingertips) can do that, why can’t anyone else?
WF always has been, is, and always will be apolitical, open, challenging forum. Never a safe space. And in that spirit, feel free to challenge my viewpoint in the comments. If you think I’m wrong, hypocritical, inconsistent: explain why. If you have a question about any rule or the structure/policy of WF, ask me anything. But don’t ask for WF to be a safe space for your feelies, cause that will never happen.

To summarize:
- Cause no harm whatsoever, fully on topic: great, love this, rewarded.
- Indirect mental harm, but on topic: not great, but WF isn’t the thought police.
- Indirect mental harm, but off topic: warned for off topic.
- Directed mental harm, on/off topic: more serious warning.
- Directed or indirect* threat of physical harm: most serious warning.
Either way, though, it should be pretty difficult to go unwarned, because again, WF doesn’t really have many sections where any type of political discussion wouldn’t be off topic and therefore warned. However:
- If someone posts in the occult sections some history about witches being burned and provides some viewpoint as to why it was justified, as long as the post isn’t some low quality troll, it’s allowed and you’re just going to have to deal with it.
- If someone posts the most disgusting looking mashed potatos with beans and gravy on untoasted bread wrapped in Yorkshire pudding in the Cooking section and you’re super culinarily offended: deal with it.
- If someone posts a study on how DEI is ruining the American economy in the politics section and you feel upset: deal with it.
- If someone posts a thread about how jewish alien SkullTrain did 7/11 in the controversy section and you feel like it’s anti semantic: suck it up.
